    After thirteen years of healthtech experience, at Being Guided we are now delivering Social Care Cloud. This enables nonprofit, health and social care professionals to engage with creative talent and deliver social prescribing. This places citizens at the centre, with a Citizen Relationship Management system, powered by Salesforce.

     

     

    Independent creatives, nonprofit and NHS organisations can design and deliver social prescribing activities in a range of ways - online or in-person at hospital, community centres and other locations. Our Social Care Cloud provides a complete set of features for managing citizen-led social prescribing and engaging all stakeholders.

     

    Our solution builds on the success we have had with Arts Care, serving five NHS Trusts and patients in Northern Ireland.

     

    This is delivering Right Patient, Right Social Prescription, Right Time.

    Social Care Cloud is designed to automate the scheduling and invoicing for creatives delivering social prescribing to patients across a broad ecosystem of NHS, local government, community and nonprofit organisations.

    With citizens viewed as customers, the Social Care Cloud delivers on the world's leading CRM technology provided by Salesforce. This is putting People first and enabling patients, families and a wider community of creative and community organisations to be at the centre of what matters most: the health and wellbeing of citizens.

     

    Process

     

    Our Process enables creatives (artists, musicians, clown doctors, etc.) to submit schedules and automatically generate invoices for payment on say, a monthly basis. The schedules for social prescribing can be progressively updated by creatives or say, a nonprofit organisation liaising with the NHS or community organisation in planning social prescribing activities.

     

    Platform

     

    The Platform is powered by Salesforce to deliver a scalable, secure technology. Creatives simply input schedules and invoices through Web Forms published on Websites and accessed via desktop, tablet or smartphone devices. Citizen feedback is enabled through surveys made available during or after scheduled activities. Care Plan and Discharge Plan options available.
