After twelve years of healthtech experience, at Being Guided we are now delivering Social Care Cloud. This enables nonprofit, health and social care professionals to engage with creative talent and deliver Social Prescribing. This places citizens at the centre, with a seamless CRM: a Citizen Relationship Management system, powered by Salesforce.

As illustrated below, independent creative Talent, nonprofit and NHS organisations can design and deliver Social Prescribing Activities in a range of ways - online or in-person at hospital, community centres and other locations. Our Social Care Cloud provides a complete set of features for managing citizen-led Social Prescribing and engaging all stakeholders.

Social Care Cloud moves beyond existing data and system silos to provide a seamless flow from hospital discharge through timely provision of Social Prescribing, as related, post-hospital, or post GP-referral, creative, community and volunteering services. People

With citizens viewed as Customers, the Social Care Cloud delivers on the world's leading CRM technology provided by Salesforce. This is putting People first and enabling patients, families and a wider community of non-profit, creative and community organisations to be at the centre of what matters most: the health and wellbeing of citizens.

Process

Each Record in the Salesforce-powered Social Care Cloud is shared through citizen consent, and carefully controlling which stakeholders may edit or view different field-level data. This is a flexible, yet secure Framework. This is where our Process - Design Thinking - enables a wider participation in designing and delivering Social Prescribing Activities.

Platform

Platform is a combination of Salesforce Lightning Platform Objects (Modules) for Professional Users and simple Web Forms for Citizen, Talent and Community Users. This becomes a highly-affordable combination of specially-priced (and some free) Salesforce Licences, delivered as Annual Subscription Fees plus our Simple Web Forms and fixed-price Professional Services.
